- My mom and dad are avid fly-fisherman. Every Christmas, I buy them this calendar and they use it to keep up with all their fly-fishing club dates. I always shop and look at all of the different fly-fishing calendars before buying, but The Lure of Fishing generally has the most beautiful pictures - portraying fly-fisherman in the midst of beautiful scenery. Price is pretty competitive, too!
- This purchase was as a stocking stuffer for Xmas so the //calendar hasn't been opened and viewed page by page. As each fisherman has their favorite spot or memory from their fishing experiences some of the small pictures printed on the back of the calendar, representing each month's larger picture, remind me of places I have visited or fished. If each picture is the actual picture without any touchups for enhancements hats off to your photographer(s). The pictures are terrific and show imagination.
