- The Smoothie Recipe Book is the perfect motivation I need to get my Magic Bullet blender out of the cupboard more than once a month and create some delicious, healthy and EASY meals for myself. I love how the author prefaces each set of recipes with the situation in which they are most beneficial, as well as the health benefits of the fruits and veggies used in each concoction. Smoothies are easy to make; the hard part is knowing the healthy and interesting ingredients that will keep you coming back and that work best in any given time of the day.
- This book was a great read. It has a lot of info about what will help you burn fat and increase your energy. I am looking for a healthy way to lose weight and this book has helped me make the decision to include these smoothie recipes in my weight loss plan. I was just left wondering though if a regular blender would be ok or would I need to buy an expensive blender to properly blend the ingredients. Other than that it had some awesome recipes.

- Easy to follow, delicious recipes. Seriously, every single one is delicious. I gave it four stars because many recipes call for a teaspoon or so of lucuma, maca or chorella powders that are costly and for the quantity I'd have to buy, I'd never go through it in time before they would spoil or lose their potency.
- This book is beautiful and very well written. It is put together in a way that makes it easy to read, but also skip right to recipes if you have been on the smoothie bandwagon for a while. I loved trying some new recipes and enjoy all the different ideas and combos that I wouldn't have thought. I would recommend this book to beginner smoothie makes and to those looking for something new. I believe that when it comes to health in a glass smoothies are the way to go. I even make extra for my toddler who loves smoothies and asks for them daily!
